Free Chiropractic Treatment for Chronic Conditions

Medicare provides five free treatments per year for chronic conditions (problems you have had for at least six months or problems that are likely to last more than six months). This is available to everyone, including those who already have private health insurance.

What you need to do:

Obtain a referral form for Individual Allied Health Services from your GP. Make sure that you let them know it's for chiropractic treatment. Take your referral and your Medicare card to your first chiropractic appointment. That's it !
